Honda 250r Parts

Lonestar Racing A-Arms are built from tough 4130 Chromoly and are precision tig-welded to ensure long life. All Honda A-Arm kits come complete with tie-rods, ball joints and bushings. Racing A-Arms are completely camber and caster adjustable and have integrated lower skid plates.

The Anti-Fade Locknut is the perfect solution to the troublesome stock locknut. It combines both the locknut and disc brake hub into one unit that is easily adjusted and will not loosen by itself.

All Steering Stems are made from 4130 Chromoly Steel that offers superior strength over the OEM mild steel unit. They also feature the Anti-Vibration clamp kit that helps reduce rider fatigue.

Micro Lite wheel hubs are made from 6061 Billet aluminum for a long lasting looks and perfromance. Rear Hubs feature a taper lock system to ensure a tight fit. All front wheel hub kits come with sealed bearings, studs and the locknuts.

The Honda 250R Chassis is constructed from 4130 Chromoly steel. It is designed using the stock geometry and will accomodate most all of the stock components. Each frame is gusseted to offer superior strength and durability over the OEM frame.

Each Chassis is backed by a One year limited warranty. Also, all LSR chassis come complete with a Certificate of Origin and miscellaneous hardware.

New hardened steel swing arm pivot bolts are far stronger than stock and yellow zinc plated for added protection against corrosion. (use OEM locknut)

Honda 250R Seat Lock

All Lonestar Racing sprocket hubs are splined to fit stock or Axcalibar axles.

All Lone Star Swing Arms are constructed from 4130 Chromoly and Tig welded for omptimum strength. All Honda Swing Arms are designed to fit the stock carrier or the LSR Twin Row carrier.
Note: All S-Arms use Yamaha Banshee rear chain guides
All S-Arm comes with the front needle bearings Swing arms do not come with the carrier or caliper plate.

LSR Twin Row bearing carriers are machined from 6061-T6 aluminum to insure a long life while reducing weight. Each carrier comes complete with (2) double row ball bearings, (2) high performance seals, and a machined steel center tube. The Carrier is completely sealed and is greased through a zerk fitting in the center.

The cast bearing housings feature the same heavy duty bearings and seals as the billet housings but have a more economical cast aluminum housing equivalent to the stock housing for recreational riders.
