Honda 400ex Parts

The DC-4 A-Arms use longer shocks to allow for more fluid, better valving and improved spring ratios for an overall better ride. They are most effective in racing applications. The A-Arms are +3+0 fully adjustable caster & camber and require 19" long shocks.

New hardened steel swing arm pivot bolts are far stronger than stock and yellow zinc plated for added protection against corrosion.( use OEM locknut)


For Models:
400EX, TRX450, 250R

The sport A-Arms are designed just like the racing a-arms with the same heavy duty 4130 chromoly steel but do not feature the adjustable caster or integrated skid plates. Both of which are not necessary for recreational, dune or even some racing conditions.
A-Arms are +2" Wider 0" Forward.

The Anti-Fade Locknut is the perfect solution to the troublesome stock locknut. It combines both the locknut and disc brake hub into one unit that is easily adjusted and will not loosen by itself.

All Steering Stems are made from 4130 Chromoly Steel that offers superior strength over the OEM mild steel unit. They also feature the Anti-Vibration clamp kit that help reduce rider fatigue.

New billet front wheel hubs come complete with sealed bearings and bearing caps. Feature OEM pressed in metric studs.

All Lonestar Racing sprocket hubs are splined to fit Axcalibar axles or the stock axle.

The replacement sub frames for the Honda 400EX will fit the stock or LSR frame. They are offerd in two styles, with or without battery mounts. All sub frames use a 89 Honda 250R style grab bar.

All Lonestar Swing Arms are constructed from 4130 Chromoly and Tig welded for omptimum strength. All Honda swing arms are designed to fit the stock carrier or the LSR twin Row carrier.
Note: All S-Arms use Yamaha Banshee rear chain guides
All S-Arm comes with the front needle bearings

These new one piece rear wheel hubs are made from 7075 billet aluminum for an excellent weight savings over stock. The hubs are designed with the same 1" offset and pressed in metric studs as the stock hubs and will fit the OEM axle. (Set of 2)


For Models:
TRX450 Honda 400EX

Billet Bearing Housings come complete with twin row roller bearings and high perfromance seals. The housing is made from 6061 T6 Aluminum.

The cast bearing housings have the same heavy duty bearings and seals as the billet housings but are made with a more economical cast outer housing for the recreartional rider.
