The long travel DC-4 a-arms are +2.5" wider and 1" forward with camber & caster adjustment. They use longer shocks for better valving. The 2006 TRX A-arms are 1/2" narrower and have a plate with a star on the upper a-arm.

Honda TRX450

These new XC a-arms are specifically designed for the cross country rider in mind. They are made one 1/2" wider and 3/4" forward and shaped for optimal ground clearance. The shock mount has been re-located to use a longer 18.25" shock for beter valving and improved adjustability. Each kit is also completely camber and caster adjustable.

Combination Lock nut and Disc brake hub offers supperior strength, looks, and performance over the OEM unit. Made from 6061 billet aluminum.

Anti-Vibration Steering Stems are made from 4130 chromoly steel and come with a billet aluminum clamp kit and mounting plate for the key and oil light.

The twin row bearing housing is made from billet aluminum and comes complete with heavy duty double row bearings, seals, and a steel center tube. New styles feature sealed bearings that never need to be greased. Will fit all stock or aftermarket swing arms and axles.

The caliper mounting plate features machined cooling fins to help transfer the heat from the caliper for less brake fade. Will fit stock or aftermarket swing arms.

Trick light weight billet aluminum front wheel hubs. Built for race or play. Come complete with sealed bearings and a billet dust cap. Optional double bearings and X-style caps avaiable.

All Axcalibar racing axles come with this sprocket hub already installed, however you may purchase it as a replacement part for the both the stock or Axcalibar axle.

The new DC-6 linkage is designed to work with the stock 2006 swing arm or standard Lone Star swing arm. It is designed to reduce the shock kick by changing the leverage ratio for smoother shock motion. A aftermarket shock is required for proper performance.
MX -Use 16-3/8" Shock 2.44 TO 1
XC- Use 16-1/8" Shock 2.36 TO 1 Ratio

The front spindle shafts press directly into your stock spindles. They are machined from the same material as the Axcalibar Racing Axles, heat treated, and chromed for imroved strength over the OEM shafts. (pair)

The sport style a-arms are built the exact same as the race style but without the integrated skid. They also do not have adjustable caster settings, but are pre-set to a good degree for all around riding or racing. They come complete with stainless steel tie-rods and all necessary hardware.

The new Honda TRX450 chassis is made from 4130 chromoly steel. It is designed to use most all of the OEM components including the stock sub frame. It has optional pro peg mounts and tabs for optional CRF450 elctronics which is used by many racers to eliminate all of the lighting and improve spark.

This simple modification is the easiest way to fix the common problem of the front fairings of the rear fenders popping out while riding. This setup uses a simple quick release screw and stop plate that installs with little modification and holds just as well as the competitions $80.00 solution. 1 set fixes both sides.

These new one piece rear wheel hubs are made from 7075 billet aluminum for an excellent weight savings over stock. The hubs are designed with the same 1" offset and pressed in metric studs as the stock hubs and will fit the OEM axle. (Set of 2)

Honda TRX450 Honda 400EX

Trick new seat latch prevents the seat from unlatching itself during racing or riding conditions which is a larger problem than most think. Sleek design installs easily in minutes and is chrome plated for corrosion resistance.

This heavy duty stainless rotor guard is a must for XC or MX racing where ground clearance is a must. It protects the rotor from rocks and debris without having to use a full skid plate. Pair up with the sprocket guard for ultimate protection.

The sprocket guards are excellent for XC or MX applications where ground clearance is a must. This heavy duty sprocket guard protects the sprocket and chain from rocks and debris. Pair up with the rotor guard for best protection.

Trick billet clamp holds the steering stem securley to the chassis. The clamp will mount to the stock chassis using the OEM bushing.

The Honda TRX450 Swing Arm is made from tough 4130 chromoly steel. It automatically comes with a banshee style chain guide mount and has optional skid plate mounts. The Swing Arm is designed to use all other OEM hardware. The most common length for MX is 1" longer for improved handling. Swing Arms have a limited one year warrnty against manufactures defects.

New hardened steel swing arm pivot bolts are far stronger than stock and yellow zinc plated for added protection against corrosion. (use OEM locknut)

This trick new swing arm and linakge combo have proven quite popular among the Honda TRX450 owners. The problem with the stock linkage is that the leverage ratio is not consistent through the full travel of the shock. In lamens terms, everything feels good until the shock is heavily compressed, at that point the shock wants to pogo the rider off the quad. The solution is this trick new billet aluminum linkage in combination with this specially designed LSR swing arm. This setup not only fixes the leverage ratio but also allows for a longer shock which can give you more adjustability and more shock options. Each kit comes complete with all necessary hardware bearings and seals and is completely compatible with the stock chassis.

The cast bearing housings feature the same heavy duty bearings and seals as the billet housings, but have a more economical cast aluminum housing which is equivalent to the stock housing for recreational riders
