Top Ten for Millican

Dalton Millican raced his way to a 9^th place overall finish at the famous Red Bud motocross track. In moto 1 Millican and 8 other riders tangled up shortly after the gate dropped. Millican got his bike untangled and raced his way to a 7^th place finish. “I really thought the race was over when I had to get off my bike and get another riders bike untangled from my rear axle. Once I got going the bike felt really good and it was fast” Millican said.

In moto 2 Millican had the 14^th gate pick which made getting a good start very difficult but Millican made the first turn in the 3^rd position.

Millican navigated the always treacherous Red Bud track to a 6^th place finish giving him a 9^th place overall finish. “The bike was really good through the whoop section, the Custom Axis Shocks were really dialed in. I feel like all the training I have been doing with Joe Byrd is really starting to show. I was not tired at all after finishing either moto this weekend” Millican said.

Millican’s next race will be the final event of the AMA ATV Series at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch in Hurricane Mills, TN August 15-16.
