Return Policy and Instructions

• A representative may ask you to email them photographs to their specific email address.
• All returns must be called in. At that time you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  This number must be written on the outside of the package and will be your reference for checking status.
• Any package without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
• All warranty claims must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
• All return items for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
• Freight charges are not refundable.

Do not ship back any product until a LSR representative contacts you with an RA#.
This number will need to be written on the outside of the box.
You are responsible for freight both ways.
