Please do not email if you have a warranty claim or defective product. Call a LSR
representative immediately
1-800-457-7223 for assistance. A representative may ask you to email them photographs to their specific
email
address. All returns must be called in. At that time you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This
number must be written on the outside of the package and will be your reference for checking status. Any package
without an RA number may be refused or delayed. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a dated proof of
purchase. All return items for credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Freight charges are not refundable.
