Long Travel A-Arms are designed for the racer in mind. They are fully adjustable for camber and caster and use longer bodied shocks for more adjustability and better valving. The A-arms are 3" wider with 0" forward placement.

Suzuki Z400 Kawasaki KFX400

The sport A-Arms are the best A-Arms for the money. They are the same exact tubing and design as the race style but have pre set non adjustable caster. The do still have the adjustable camber. These arms can be used for both recreational riding or racing. A-Arms are 2" wider and 0" forward.

All Steering Stems are made from 4130 Chromoly Steel that offers superior strength over the OEM mild steel unit. They also feature the Anti-Vibration clamp kit that help reduce rider fatigue.

The Z400 Locknuts replace the stock locknuts with a Billet aluminum unit featuring two locking pinch bolts to ensure a positive lock. Each kit comes with a set of (2).

The disc brake hub for the Z400 is made from billet aluminum and made to slide right on the stock or axcalibar axle. It is not threaded but comes with nyloc nuts to attach the rotor using the stock bolts.

The front spindle shafts press directly into your stock spindles. They are machined from the same material as the Axcalibar Racing Axles, heat treated, and chromed for imroved strength over the OEM shafts. (pair)

New billet front wheel hubs come complete with sealed bearings and bearing caps. Feature OEM pressed in metric studs and nuts.

This sprocket hub allows the use of all Honda 250R sprockets giving you a larger variety of sizes/adjustability and will fit the stock or Axcalibar Axle.

The Standard sprocket hub is made to fit all stock or Axcalibar Axles. It is made from 6061 Billet Aluminum for light weight and good looks.

New hardened steel swing arm pivot bolts are far stronger than stock and yellow zinc plated for added protection against corrosion.( use OEM locknut)

We have gone through and examined the stock chassis and come up with a series of support brackets, gussets and finish welding to significantly improve the strength of your stock 400 chassis. The kit is offered in two ways. One, is sending us your stock chassis. We will Sandblast it put in all of the gussets and do numerous finish welds on already existing brackets and finish it with a powdercoat color of your choice. The second way is we can sell you just the individual pieces so your local wleder can install them.

These Swing Arms are a must for the New Z400. The Arm is constructed from druable 4130 Chromoly and comes with the LSR twin row billet bearing housing. The round housing carrier makes chain adjustment and bearing maintenance a breeze. The stock axle and axle components are compatible.

These new 1 piece wheel hubs feature pressed in metric studs and trick new profile. The hubs are made from 7075 billet aluminum for excellent weight savings and will fit all stock or Axcalibar racing axles. (Set of 2)
