Yamaha Rhino Parts

The lift kit for the Rhino lifts the Rhino 1" for using larger tires and offers more ground clearance and widens the Rhino 2" per side for more stability. It retains the stock arms and shocks and comes with new extended axles. Some is drilling required.

This is our MTS A-Arm Kit. It is a more subtle a-arm kit for the the Rhino. It uses the stock length shocks.

It handles the woops with ease, and has razor sharp cornering abilities to complement the added stability this kit provides.
The kit comes with tie rod extenders, delron steering stops, new upper ball joints, greasable delron pivot points, and extended axle shafts of your choice.
For best performance, we recommend that your shocks be sprung and vavled specific to this kit.
Sets manufactured after January 2007 will fit the OEM wheels. Depending on the tires and wheels used, some fender triming will be required.

OEM wheels will fit on the front. To use the OEM wheels on the rear, a wheel spacer is required. However, all aftermarket 12" cast 5+2 offset wheels will fit front, and rear with no spacers. The Douglas spun aluminum wheels require a 4+3 offset in 12" diameter to fit properly. Some minor fender trimming is required.

To obtain the full benefits of this suspension system, we recommend that your Rhino have some performance engine modifications. This suspension system is built to complement the high speeds and high performance driving style that you demand. Special long travel shocks are required.

2008 Rhinos require different axles than '06-'07 kits.

This new racer rear shock tower is designed to work with the XTR long travel suspension for racers that do not use or are willing to modify the bed. The kit bolts on to the stock shock mounts and chassis and raises the rear shock mount to improve the leverage ratio and shock angles.*** Longer rear shocks are required, and available from Bilstein and Elka.***

These ball joints are a direct OEM replacement for the Yamaha Rhino stock ball joints. They are made stonger by using all forged steel and the inner ball is larger to prevent seperation from the housing. Can be used in any arms that use stock ball joints. QTY. 1

These gusset kits are weld in tabs that support and strengthen the weak points in the chassis. It concentrates mostly around the suspension and shock mounting locations. The kits are a must for racers and great for the aggressive enthusiast that is pushing their Rhino to the max.

Made from DOM alloy, this front race bumper for the Yamaha Rhino offers maximum protection. Bolts on to factory mounts. You can order them with or without light tabs.

Made from DOM alloy, the sport bumper for the Yamaha Rhino features closer styling and is lighter than the race style. It is available with or without light mounts. We recommend using a smaller style billet light (Laser Star or Trail Tech type).

Aluminum skid plates for the Lone Star Racing front bumpers. These skid plates are heavy cage brushed aluminum and come with all mounting hardware.

The front gusset plate mounts behind the front bumper and supports the chassis, a-arms, and the front differential from flexing.

The license plate frame is made from chrome plated billet aluminum and features a LED light strip so it is street legal.

These new padded arm rests offer comfort, as well as a place to stick your favorite drink.
Easily removeable using included Velcro fastening system.
Available with or without Cup Holders, and Carbon Vinyl.

Made from DOM alloy, this rear race bumper for the Yamaha Rhino offers maximum protection. It bolts on to the factory a-arm mounts and comes with new hardware. There is no drilling required for installation. You can order them with or without license plate mounts, or a tail gate protector bar. The tail gate is still usable (but not with tail gate protector bar). The bumper prevents the rear chassis and differential from flexing to prevent cracking and breaking of the stock chassis. There is a special tab that mounts to the lower portion of the differential to add a significant amount of strength for maximum reliability

Yamaha Rhino

This plate is designed to reduce rear frame flex which leads to chassis failure. It gives you two hook points for tieing down or pulling. The plate is lazer cut from heavy gauge chromoly steel. It bolts onto the rear a-arm mounts and includes new hardware. There is a special tab that mounts to the bottom of the rear differential that add sa significant amount of strength and reliability to the rear end. No drilling is required.

These kits bolt into the stock headlight shells and produce 4 times the amount of light as the stock headlights without having to do any stator work. Kits come with all components needed for installation. Click on photo to compare bulb style to kit needed as they are not 100% year specific.

The 2 seater race cage is built as shown but can be fully customized for your needs. It is made from 1-3/4' DOM alloy and professionally TIG welded. The cage features 2 flag mounts and an integrated grab bar. It also features pre-cut holes inside the tubing for ease of wiring accessories. Options include, gas can mount, cooler mount, spare tire mounts, and race sides. Call for details. Aftermarket restraints are required.

The 4 seater roll cage is built as shown but can be fully customized for your needs. It is made from 1-3/4" DOM alloy and professionally TIG welded. The cage features 2 flag mounts and an integrated grab bars for all passengers. It also features pre-cut holes inside the tubing for ease of wiring accessories. Options include, gas can mount, cooler mount, spare tire mounts, and race sides. Call for details. Aftermarket restraints are required.

All aftermarket roll cages require new seat belts. We prefer the Simpson belts for the quality and comfort. All belts are padded 4 point systems. Belts mount to the roll cage and stock lower seat belt locations.

TYPE:
LSR just carries the individual style that has two seperate upper straps that go on either side of the seat and wrap around the cage. They can go through seats that have dual holes in them.

These canvas tops for the LSR roll cages install in seconds and provide excellent shade and protection. They mount by wraping around the cage and velcrowing to itself. Custom styles available.

The Elka shocks definitely have the most options for fine tuning and an adjustable ride.

Vavled and balanced for the Lone Star Racing MTS +3" Rhino suspension.

The Bilstein shocks have been working excellent with both the MTS and XTR suspension kits. They feature steel bodies and internal reservoirs.
The shock springs have recently changed. Some sets may have red springs most will have silver springs. 3-27-08.

The sport rear bumpers bolt onto existing holes on the bed frame for a sporty look and protection from minor impacts. The bumpers are made from 4130 chromoly steel plates, and DOM alloy tubing.
