The Standard Sprocket hub for the YFZ is designed as a press fit part for strength. It will fit the stock or Axcalibar Axles.

The YFZ Swing Arm is made from 4130 Chromoly and features the Round Housing carrier design. The swing arm comes complete with the bearing housing and brake caliper mounting Kit.
*Swing Arms ordered with skid plate mounts will not have the chain guide bracket too.

These new XC a-arms are specifically designed for the cross country rider in mind. They are made a 1/2" wider and 3/4" forward and shaped for optimal ground clearance. The shock mount has been re-located to use a longer 16.75" shock for better valving and improved adjustability. Each kit is also completely camber and caster adjustable.

The race A-Arms are made from 4130 chromoly steel with fully adjustable camber, caster, and have integrated lower skid plates. A-Arms are 2" wider and 1" forward.

These A-Arms are 2" wider and 1" forward. They are camber & caster adjustable. They use longer shocks for better valving.

YFZ450 2006 Raptor 700

The sport A-Arms are the best A-Arms for the money. They are the same exact tubing and design as the race style but have pre set non adjustable caster. The do still have the adjustable camber. These arms can be used for both recreational riding or racing. A-Arms are 2" wider and 1" forward.


For Models:
YAMAHA YFZ 450

Each Locknut is billet aluminum and features the double pinch locking system. Locknuts will fit all stock or Axcalibar Axles.

This aftermarket battery box for the YFZ450 serves many purposes. The most important is that it offers more clearance from the caliper during suspension compresson and also alows you to remove the rear fenders without having to remove the battery. The battery box incorporates all mounting tabs for the stock electrical components.

This kit comes with the disc brake hub, caliper mounting kit and all necessary hardware to mount a Honda 250R rear caliper and rotor to a Yamaha YFZ450 with a Lone Star Racing round housing swing arm. This offers superior braking power and more ground clearance.

These gusset kits are designed to improve the strength of the stock chassis in high stress areas and on the sub frame mounts. All tabs and tubes are lazer cut chromoly steel. This new chassis has many features and improvements. One of the most popular improvements is in the sub-frame. The chassis is offered with an improved 4 point system as shown in the picture or a 6 point sub frame that also includes the stock mounting locations. Another option is for the double upper a-arm mount as shown. This will accommodate the regular LSR YFZ450 race arms by eliminating the steel cross tube and using 4 extra cone spacers sold separately. This allows for a stronger mounting point and easier caster adjustment. The third feature is a replaceable billet aluminum front fender mount. Other common features include the optional pro-peg mounting bars and choice of powder coat color. This chassis retains all other OEM component locations so no other custom products are required.

Fixes the common problem of the OEM plastic plug that always pops out.

The YFZ Disc Brake Hub is a universal item. The disc can be mounted on either side of the Hub depending on which swing arm you have. When using the Lone Star swing arm the disc is mounted on the inside of the hub for closer clearance. When using the stock Swing arm the disc is mounted on the outside of the hub. This hub will fit all Stock or Axcalibar Axles.

The front spindle shafts press directly into your stock spindles. They are machined from the same material as the Axcalibar Racing Axles, heat treated, and chromed for imroved strength over the OEM shafts. (pair)

New billet front wheel hubs come complete with sealed bearings and bearing caps. Feature OEM pressed in metric studs.

These tie-rods are made from duable stainless steel and come with chromoly heim joints and stainless pins. This kit offers superior strength and more tie-rod travel than the stock end.

This new tie-rod plate lowers the tie-rods down improving the bump steer. It also has reinforced steering stops and is zinc coated to prevent corrosion.

These rear fender braces are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for maximum strength and garunteed for life not to break. Each kit comes with both braces and bolts.

This Sprocket hub is designed to fit the stock or Axcalibar Axle but uses the Honda 250R Sprocket and Bolts. This hub is also a press fit.

The sprocket guards are excellent for XC or MX applications where ground clearance is a must. This heavy duty sprocket guard protects the sprocket and chain from rocks and debris. Pair up with the rotor guard for best protection.

The stainless rotor guards are perfect for high clearance applications such as cross country or MX racing. It bolts to the OEM skid plate mount and protects the disc rotor. Pairs up well with the sprocket guard.

This skid plate is made from heavy wall stainless steel for superior strength over most other manufactures skid plates. This is ideal for desert, recreation, and cross country applications. Bolts to the stock skid plate mounts.

Heavy duty stainless steel skid plates manufactured by LSR offer excellent protection over the competitions aluminum styles. These bolt right up to the stock swing arm and Lone Star Racing swing arms. The skid plate comes with a urethane chain guide.


For Models:
2006 YFZ450

The YFZ Steering Stem is made from 4130 Chromoly steel. It is offered in various heights and styles. When ordered in 1" - 3" taller the stem will use a Honda width clamp for added stability. It will still fit your OEM or aftermarket handlebars.

This subframe is made from 4130 chromoly steel. It requires the mounting kit which includeds the two lower tabs to be welded on to the frame and reinforces the upper mounts. The 6 point system utilizes all OEM mounting points. The 4 point utilizes only the top mounts and the two to be welded on.

All new for the 2006 YFZ450. This swing arm is made from 4130 chromoly steel and designed to house the stock bearing housing and caliper kit. It will aslo accomodate the stock or new stainless LSR skid plate. Swing Arm comes with new needle bearings. When ordered with skid plate mounts there is no rear chain guide mount like most other LSR swing arms.

New hardened steel swing arm pivot bolts are far stronger than stock and yellow zinc plated for added protection against corrosion.( use OEM locknut)

These new 1 piece wheel hubs feature pressed in metric studs and trick new profile. The hubs are made from 7075 billet aluminum for excellent weight savings and will fit all stock or Axcalibar racing axles. (Set of 2)
