Our suspension bolt kit for the Polaris PRO R addresses the issue with factory bolts that have a shoulder that is smaller than the threads which allows for movement of the bolt. This causes a weak spot and can create a clanking noise. This kit includes zinc coated, grade 10.9 bolts for the following areas:

Toe link at the hub
Knuckle to trailing arm
Radius rods at the knuckles
Trailing arm at the pivot point
Radius rods at the frame
Front upper and lower shock

This ARP heavy duty bolt kit will replace all 6 of the bolts that connect the radius rods to the frame. They are made from 8740 chromoly so they have superior strength over stock and are a "MUST HAVE" for all recreational riders and racers.

This bolt kit will save you from having expensive repairs to your suspension since the factory bolts have an extremely high tendency to wear out or fail do to the high stress or the bolts being over tightened or even shearing in half.

The Lone Star Racing Rear Radius Rod Plate is made from 4130 chromoly and is boxed for superior strength which helps prevent the rear sections of the frame from twisting, bending or breaking. This boxed plate will create a double shear point and is a must have for anyone racing or planning on driving aggressively.

Turbo R will require removal or modification of rear plastic piece as our plate does not have mounting holes for it.

The lower A-Arm gusset kit for the Polaris PRO R and Turbo R helps strengthen the lower a-arms by adding 4130 chromoly gussets in high stress areas. We also eliminate the weak factory ball joints and replace it with a 7/8" uniball setup.

If you choose to use your own A-Arms you will need to ship us your stock arms along with a copy of your order.
If you choose to buy stock arms we will take brand new OEM Polaris arms, install our gusset kit and uniball setup, and ship them to you. (you will need to transfer your stock pivot hardware and shock hardware)
If your stock hardware breaks during removal you may be required to purchase new hardware. We will have this available to sell.

The Lone Star Racing MTS Suspension Kit for the Polaris PRO XP is designed to add 5" of width per side while retaining the factory wheelbase. The kit includes a front upper shock mount to improve front end shock geometry and the rear shock mount location has been moved to improve handling all while utilizing stock length shocks. The kit is made from 4130 chromoly for superior strength and uses heavy duty 3/4 and 7/8 rod ends for adjustability and strength.

Due to the shock angle changes most cars will not require a spring change. We do recommend re-spring and re-valving for race applications.

Our Weld-on chassis mounts (2 per kit) are made of interlocking 4130 tabs and tubes to take the guess work out of assembly.

The tube centers on the assembled tabs and the tabs come ready to install on 1.5” tubing, but have guide marks on each leg if you would like to sand out to fit 1.75” or 2.0” tubing.

NOTE- Both mounts are identical, so the jack can be installed in the mounts either way. Take care to clock the tubes, when welding together, so that jack will index into mounts in the orientation you desire.

Polaris RZR Turbo S STS Suspension Kit

The Lone Star Racing STS suspension kit for the Polaris XP Turbo S is made as a heavy duty replacment for the stock suspension kit. Made from 4130 chromoly for superior strength and is adjustable so you can dial in your suspension. The kit comes with A-Arms, trailing arms, radius rods, boxed radius rod plate, mud flaps and tie rods.

Front lower A-Arm has oversized 7/8 rod end for camber adjustment on the chassis side
Over and inch of extra ground clearance on the A-Arms compared to stock
Trailing arms incorporate rear floating brake caliper mount
Trailing arms have adjustable spacers for toe adjustment depending on ride height
Race tested and proven kit
