We are extremely excited to introduce our all-new High Clearance Yamaha YFZ450R XC A-arms!

We took every recommendation from our top racers as well as any complaints we've received from them and all other customers, piled it all together and built what we believe to be the best set of XC a-arms available for the YFZ450R. 

Here is what we came up!

• We kept the same geometry as the old-style DC-Pro's with the same XC width of   -1 1/8" narrower per side with no forward placement. So, there's no need to modify your shock tuning. Customers that are switching over from Houser arms will also be able to reuse their same shocks.
• Completely redesigned the lower arm to feature an entirely boxed in shock mount while also including a high clearance bend to achieve maximum ground clearance. That means the bottom of your shock is safe from everything on the trail as are the arms themselves.
• We got rid of all of the pivot bearings and delrin bushings and replaced them with our new greasable Polyurethane bushings in order to extend service intervals (these bushings last an insanely long time) and provide extra cushion between the trail and the rider as the poly bushings have more give compared to delrin or bearings
• Arms are made out of 4130 Chromoly and are completely tig welded
• Still requires the use of a 20" extended length shock
• The weight of these new arms is the exact same as the old style, so you are gaining more strength while not adding any additional weight.
• Shock mount has clearance for all aftermarket shocks
• Kit still includes our tried-and-true caster corrector bracket, and caster spacers
• We are also now including dust caps for the lower shock bolt to prevent mud from building up inside.

Introducing our all-new YFZ450R High Clearance Pro MX A-Arms!

We’ve completely redesigned our YFZ450R Pro MX A-Arms with updated geometry, increased adjustability, and improved durability while maintaining the same lightweight performance.

What’s New:

Updated Geometry – Our new Pro MX A-Arms feature a revised geometry with a new MX width of +7/8” per side (1-3/4” wider overall than stock). This nets you a true 50" wide machine on 4+1 wheels. 

They also offer adjustable forward/rearward placement, allowing you to run -3/8” rearward, centered, or +3/8” forward using the included spacers. 

These arms continue to use the same 20” extended-length shocks as our previous DC-Pro A-Arms, although shock valving will need to be changed to match the updated geometry.

New Quick Camber Upper Ball Joint Design – The upper A-Arm features an all-new ball joint boss that still accepts the tried and true FRAP ball joints while providing significantly more adjustment. This means more ccompatibility with a wider range of front-end setups. There is enough adjustment to run stock spindles or LTR spindles without changing the upper arm length.

A key feature of this design is it still allows you to adjust the ball joint without removing it from the spindle.

Completely Redesigned Lower Arms – The lower arms now feature a fully boxed-in shock mount for added strength, along with a high-clearance bend that maximizes ground clearance and helps protect both the shock mount and A-Arms from rocks and ruts.

New Greasable Polyurethane Bushings – We’ve replaced the previous pivot bearings and Delrin bushings with our new greasable polyurethane bushings. These bushings offer exceptionally long service life while adding a small amount of compliance to help absorb impacts and reduce maintenance.

4130 Chromoly Construction – Built from premium American 4130 chromoly steel and fully TIG welded for maximum strength and reliability.

Shock Compatibility – Designed with plenty of clearance for all aftermarket shocks with a

20” extended-length. A 20" shock will provide a full 11" of wheel travel.

Caster Correction Included – Each kit includes our proven caster corrector bracket and caster spacers for proper front-end alignment.

New Lower Shock Bolt Dust Caps – We’ve also added billet dust caps to the lower shock bolts to help prevent mud and debris from building up inside the mounts.

We've kept our OG LSR look that you guys are used to seeing on our nerf bars with the pointed tip, but don't let that fool you, these are not the same nerf bars in any way, shape, or form.

We took every recommendation from our top racers and any complaints we've received from our customers, piled it all together and built what we believe is the best set of nerf bars available. 

Here is what we came up with for the Gen 3's!

• We kept the massive 1.66" OD 6061 aluminum main hoop.
• We've added a built-in heel guard using 1.31" OD 6061 aluminum tubing. This makes for a much larger heel guard overall for more foot room as well as decreased weight over the chromoly steel heel guard that they used to have.
• Completely redesigned the net mounts to a simple double loop design with teeth. This makes removing and installing the nets a breeze as well as cleans up the whole look of nerf bars by having much smaller net mounts. 
• The net mounts on the footpeg are also a double loop design through a plate that gets bolted to the foot peg and locks the nets in place by tightening of the bolts. This is a key feature for XC racers who are tired of banging the foot peg on a rock and rendering their nerf bars useless as they can no longer replace the nets. Since the design is less bulky, you'll have less chance of hitting them, but should you ever smash them you can simply replace the bolt on piece rather than the whole nerf bar. 
• Redesigned foot pegs that are now made out of stainless steel, so you don't have to powder coat them, and they won't rust. We've increased the foot peg size to 12" long and 2 1/2" wide with a big kick up at the end to keep your feet planted. Foot pegs also no longer have middle teeth in order to aid in easy flushing of mud and dirt to ensure your boots have the most grip possible on the pegs.
  
• Increased inner diameter size on the tube underneath the foot peg for more strength.
• Additional gusseting behind the foot pegs to keep from bending/breaking when hit.
• Completely redesigned front mount to increase simplicity and save weight.

2009+ Yamaha YFZ R Rotor Guard. Completely redesigned from the top down, compared to the previous product iteration. We wanted to take a new approach to what a "wear item" should be after looking at what the industry currently offers. Our thoughts are, why buy two or three knowing they have to be replaced, when you can buy one and have the confidence it will last! This new rotor guard is manufactured from the same material as our legendary Axcalibar axle for maximum corrosion resistance against those deep muddy conditions! But we didn't stop there! This rotor guard has been heat treated for superior strength and hardness to withstand the toughest conditions you can throw at it. No matter if it's rocks, roots, or ruts, it will keep your rotor protected and your brakes consistent for well beyond anything else out there! It utilizes oversized gusseting for improved rigidity, and counterbored mounting holes to protect the bolts from sheering off against rock strikes. Comes standard with grade 10.9 6mm bolts, but the mounting holes are oversized to 8mm for those that want to drill and tap their swing arm for the larger 8mm bolt diameter. Offered in Raw, heat treated stainless color (recommended), Semi-Gloss Black, or Custom Color of your choosing.
